There are many positives to buying a brand new construction home, like shiny new appliances, modern floor plan options, and of course being the first one to live there!
However, there are some cons that may or may not be a dealbreaker to some buyers. So proceed with caution! Some builders can be challenging to work with, upgrades can be incredibly costly, and some locations aren’t ideal for families that need quick access for work commutes or downtown activities! 🚇
A home is a place where families and individuals can make memories and can bring you many years of joy.
