Your series is so needed- your hard work is connecting end users and giving them a pipeline to help resolve and direct them to solutions. RV life needs to be fun and not misguided by profiteers! Good work Liz :)

Hey Liz, great video as usual! I was the victim of theft, my class c RV and all of the contents. Bish's RV did a fantastic job at helping me through this traumatic experience. I am forever grateful for their guidance and support, and of course I went back to them when I was ready.

i can't recommend enough the service at Blue Compass (formerly Colerain RV) in Cincinnati, Ohio. We had a 2018 Georgetown which had intermittent electrical issues. Now as anyone knows, this is probably the hardest type of problem to trace and fix. I won't bore anyone with the number of times we had to bring the RV in to fix something, but will instead want to talk about how much the dealership stayed with is until the problem was fixed. This was definitely a manufacturing issue, but we never had to talk to the manufacturer, the dealy always went to bat for us. I would, at this point, probably never buy from anyone else.

I thought pretty much everyone knew about Camping World's bad reputation. We've watched these channels for years and know what we want and don't want. I'm surprised we haven't come across your channel but glad we finally have! You do a great job and you know your stuff! Thanks!

Just priced out a 2024 Rockwood 371RK through about 7 dealers, Wana RV beat everybody by over 7 grand. Out the door price with no extra fees.

Dunlap in Knoxville/Louisville, TN- all we got was high pressure sales from our visit. The salesman tried to sell us a used camper back in 2018 that would have been all wrong for us. He was just trying to get it moved off the lot. Cedar City RV in Lebanon, TN was excellent. They no longer sell the camper we purchased, but they were excellent to work with. No haggle price. Our camper was priced $10K under what Camping World in Chattanooga had it priced for. Let the buyer beware!

When I was a R.V tech, all of my customers that I did walk through with I always gave them my cell number so they could csll ME if or when they had trouble . I loved the work and the people.

I have a 2021 4 winds that is white. Like most rv's it is hard to keep clean. Road tar and stains all over the back. I checked your site and did not see anything about cleaning the rv's. I have pressure washed with soap and the stains are still there. I did not want to use something bad on the gel coat or something that would scrach or damage the surface.
So I used Gojo original formula waterless hand cleaner and the staines are gone, Gojo removed the road grime and also the tar.
Have you ever had anyone make use of this for cleaning up a nasty back end of their motor home or rv? I have before and after pic's if you want them. Thanks for all you are trying to do to make things better for all of us living on the road.

For Class B's we found Sunshine State RV in Gainsville Florida to be top notch. Our sales experience was wonderful, they showed us everything we needed to know about our 2022 Coachman Beyond. We did have some issues with various components on the coach that has had us back there multiple times, but Sunshine State has done the warranty work, got us in quick every time, and has done a fabulous job with troubleshooting and repairs/or replacement of components. Coachman together with Sunshine State RV has been a dream team.

I like that air stream woodland company. Have the customer setup over night in the parking lot and let the folks learn and do a shake down right there. Fix as much as possible as soon as possible.

Hi Liz. I’ve noticed that at the end of the video you wanted to interview a great manufacturer and I do want to recommend Roadtrek’s awesome customer service. I don’t usually put any comments on anyone’s YouTube channel but their customers service was so superb. McKenzie Johnson at the warranty department is exemplified pinnacle of customer service and went above and beyond to get my rv fixed.

I had a horrible experiences with the 2 local warranty dealers but Roadtrek’s warranty came to the rescue. They even sent the replacement part to my house and explained in detail how I can get the issues resolved because my local dealer was not upto par.

I heard stories that the manufacturer don’t respond to customer inquiries but with roadtrek I can email or just pick up the phone and they are respond right away. All my email inquiries are answered within few hours.

This is my 1st RV and all my future purchases will be roadtrek due to this experience. That’s how supportive Roadtrek’s customer service. Kudos to McKenzie.
