Klee Irwin - Bending the Second Law

Classic & Quantum Mechanics is a theory based on the notion that at the very core of reality, randomness is the fundamental stuff of nature. So what we have is an ergodic theory wherein the microstate configurations that are energetically equal and describe some macroscopic configuration with a fixed energy "E" are all equally probable.

If it were possible that emergent forms of ultra high complex information can act as a statistical force then in principle that very difficult to compute emergent complex energy systems information can act as a ergodicity buster to dehomogenize the microstate configurations in order to select the ones that lead to higher magnitudes if emergent complex information according to what the strategy is of that system of complex information.

Thanks so much Klee!!! This helps me pull together many fragmented parts of my intuition!
I'm more at peace now🙏

It is the most relatable and beautiful thing, how fluent this is of a language for you.
Thank you for all you have done and continue to do!!💞🕉️💫

I would love to see you in a breakout session with Bruce Damer with his PIM model (Probability shaper, Interaction network, Memory system) for the origin of life, David Deutsch (constructor theory), Donald D. Hoffmann, Stephen Wolfram and - to spice the whole thing up even further - Nassim Haramein and Bernard Carr. Let's do it! 🌋♥️

I wish you could make a video for us college students explaining this and your paper in a slightly simple language....
The ideas from QGR are really amazing and interesting...
Love what you people do @QGR

Science hinges upon definitions. In-Formation implies knowledge evolving over spacetime. Thus: " The edge lies within the definition. The latter usually remains hidden as ground truth "

As always, your presentations are very clear and simple, didactic; your command of language, voice tone and strength are remarkable.
.
The two paragraphs above represent a comprehensive synthesis for the full presentation ?
.
The statement in the introductory paragraph above: "...at the very core of reality, randomness appears to be the fundamental stuff of nature ..." is only theoretical and/or also based on measurements ? If it were the latter, could it be remotely possible that we are forcing the system to behave in a random manner by the way we are making the measurements ?
.
The same line of questioning could be brought up with non ergodicity ??

Quantum states for position, momentum, spin, etc., work the way Lego studs fit into the Lego tubes. Quantum states are just places where particle momentum/position and spin can go. In that sense, quantum states are related to the properties of space (a place to put particles).

What would it take to inspire you towards a quantum gravity theory with a "massless" gravity field control feature built into it?

You mention the well known gene expression experiments which show how our own thoughts and actions have a direct impact on our genes. Could you include links or citations to these studies? That would help me out a lot. Thank you!

Have you considered that it is not randomness all the way down, but instead De Brolles original theory of quantum mechanics that there is an all connecting, organising ether?

Klee, the first time I ever heard you, I knew you are on the right track. Unbiasedly I hope, you just keep proving me right!
Get back to me.

I'd like to discuss a little bit about the question that you pose at 1:00:50: "how would DNA or the human mind know that one microstate is preferred for higher information creation than another?" You go on to describe the complex, retro-causal wave function having the ability in the distant future to act upon the past, a solution which I believe you are using to describe a concept you've presented before, that in the far distant future, with extremely high levels of EP and EC, consciousness--having amassed enough of the universe's matter to achieve near total control of itself--will be able to retroactively make those decisions of past states. While this hypothesis makes sense in the paradigm you've described (and which does make sense to me), why couldn't these kinds of preferential decisions occur at the micro-state level themselves, carried out by the subatomic particles or even the components of the micro-state itself? If the entire universe is conscious, it doesn't make sense to prohibit the most base levels of that universe from carrying out some kinds of preferential decisions and exhibiting a kind of consciousness fit for that stratum. It reminds me of quantum tunneling and how our own cells exploit this phenomenon to achieve efficient structures within our own bodies. We have no ability to control quantum tunneling, but apparently our cells do to some degree, which would suggest that perhaps there are different types of consciousness which have been at play even earlier than DNA that we don't know of. These earlier kinds of consciousness could both exist at "simpler" levels of EP, but also be out of our reach of comprehension and of course manipulation. This would allow for a more continuous gradation of consciousness at all levels of the universe and not require waiting for the distant future's ultra-complex consciousness to have to act retro-causally on the past to make these kinds of decisions.

What an insightful presentation. How does the idea of complex information acting as a sort of force relate to fluid dynamics and the Naiver-Stokes equations?

I'm halfway thru the video, & you still haven't defined what EP or EC are, I'm clueless.

Active genes make up only 3% of the total DNA in our chromosomes. There are long stretches of DNA that do not appear to contain any type of code for anything... but the positioning of these sections of dormant DNA are an intergal part of the entire structure. 97% is turned off. Why?

Energy comes from the future. Then meets gravity in the present. Then gathers information. Then continues to the past . After that energy is recycled through Black Holes back to the future . At the same time, the information is Hawking radiation. The human mind has access to the information through somethin

You might like a book by Douglas Hofstetter called “I am a strange loop”, if you haven’t already read it. I have say it seems to me that none of these explanations can account for “free will”.

Sure they can be emergent phenomenon that recursively loopback and effect it’s self through Feedback and feet forward mechanisms. And these certainly can be statistically based. However the underlying physics that the statistical mechanics is based on is still completely deterministic (Or possibly probabilistic).

Therefore there’s just no room for free will of any kind in a materialist philosophy. It seems to me that you either have to give up on the idea of free will, or you have to believe that free will represents something outside of the laws of physics. I don’t see a way to split hairs there. Sure consciousness may be emergent in the sensation of free will may be emergent but the emergence is still described by deterministic laws of physics. You talk about a Maxwells demon inside of the system, but where does maxwells demon get his free will?
