All-New 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser 300 - LC300 Could be Like This

Toyota Land Cruiser 300 2022 model year was presented a few months ago, but it we saw the final design. Recently toyota revealed other design sketches of how the new LC300 could look like.

They aimed to design an authentic offroader that combines toughness with a sense of refined maturity. What Toyota's designers told:

Project Chief Designer, Masaki Okue:

In designing the new model, our greatest rival was its predecessor. The Land Cruiser is defined by its indisputable QDR (Quality, Dependability, Reliability), a legacy inherited from its forebearers. So we went back to its roots, added new values and aimed to create the "ultimate authentic" Land Cruiser. It was challenging to design but I'm proud of the result.

The Land Cruiser was forged by being driven on uncharted roads around the world for the last 70 years. Keeping its predecessors in mind, I imagined a design where a solid block of metal would take shape by being burnished in a harsh environment. Along with a team of Land Cruiser lovers, we relentlessly aimed to express functional beauty that doesn't follow trends. We're confident we have succeeded.

I wanted to design the Land Cruiser ever since I was a student and when I was given the responsibility to design the front, which is very important, it was a dream come true. I wanted to create a powerful face with an evolved sense of functional beauty, while keeping with the DNA of its predecessors. It would be a great pleasure to win the hearts of our hardcore fans.
