meaning ..in A, line should be below the x axis in the first section & above it in the second ..since emf induced is minus change in flux . what am I missing here? thanks sir

Q 22 (1.05 12) bit confused here. Shouldn't emf be negative in A? Given emf = minus change in flux? Lenz' law . thanks

sorry still confused. I don't understand why Lenz negative sign is not there when you wrote the equation. Anyone as perplexed as me ?
