The suspect matching the description of a black male, led police to stop a handicap black teenager and harass him over his Xbox. You won't believe how this ends!

None of the reasons she gave were actual reasons to stop somebody, and as a 15 year old a police officer cannot question a minor without a parent being present. If a police officer actually did this, he would have every right to sue the police station.
