Cities skylines should introduce micro-disasters, or nuisances, like small floods on roads after a thunderstorm, pipes leaking and flooding roads, trees blocking lines after a lighting strike. This will make the city so more believable.

They should make it so if a earthquake hits it increases the chance of a tsunami by for example 10%

tsunami aren't just caused by earthquakes. Volcanoes can cause them, but tsunamis from earthquakes and volcanoes are much smaller than those from landslides, which are thought to be able to reach up to 800ft in height (the website I read was in ft okay, I can't be bothered to convert it). And, in theory, a big enough asteroid hitting the ocean would create an absolute monster wave.

That would be an interesting Let's Play series; taking a city destroyed by natural disasters, such as this one, and trying to rebuild it.

Can you make a series where disasters will strike randomly? Like, you get a population just over 5K you're all excited, ANNND here comes an earthquake! I think it could be really entertaining, because at this point you won't have a nearly unlimited amount of money to place every disaster prevention. You could only afford a small bunker and maybe one or two disaster forecasting tools, whichever seemed most threatening to your city.
