How to manually program an Anko Universal Remote

This is how to program a universal remote if you can't get a remote control code to work. With this method each button needs to be programmed one by one.

What is the point of buying a universal remote if you still have the original remote and need the original remote to program the universal remote what if your original remote does not work?

i’ve connected it but all the buttons are completely randomised on the remote so it basically doesn’t work (and I don’t have the original remote for the tv like everyone else)

For anyone that cant find the manual its behind the remote between the cardboard and the plastic.

Actually i didnt spot it visually i just noticed there was something bulky at the back of the package lol

My original remote is dead and broken - so like the other commentators here - this doesn’t provide answers. The instructions manual have terrible grammar and are unintelligible ...frustrating ...so this brought me here.
I bought it and programmed it ...but after 20 hours one by one each function started to fail

I tried many times to program the Streaming button to bring up the Smart TV Menu ie. Netflix etc, Tried to train it with my original remote ( that part still works on it ) but confused as the how the cbl button fits into the process, doesnt train
nothing !

Just get no responce from the streaming button , frustrated here

This is a crap remote.You only buy to replace the old one because its not working and there seems to be no way to program this without the original remote 😂

It still works without the remote, as soon as you go through the channels like upwards one by one and then as soon as it turns off instant, press ok once only and then you just let it wait and turn the tv on.

Excellent, I bought one today i love it. The manual is in the packaging behind the cardboard and hard plastic.
I give it a 10/10 great vid thank you.
I have a Samsung smart TV and prefer the Anko remote for the volume can't stand the clicking on the original remote plus the volume button was getting more difficult to use as time goes by.

Does any intelligent person happen to have the instructions and codes to setup the MACRO buttons, it's not in the manual, and the K MART customer care phone support line ( oxymoron) btw. D0N'T KNOW or seem to even care. They are simply a disorganised embarrassment who never ring you back and will tell you anything to fob you off, and hope you'll give up .
