California is trying to justify their so-called large capacity magazine ban by relying on supposed BOWIE KNIFE RESTRICTIONS in the 19th Century. This should not work for reasons Mark Smith explains here.

The Four Boxes Diner serves up hot, fresh Second Amendment news and analysis. You’ll get the inside scoop from constitutional attorney Mark W. Smith, a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar, a professor, a frequent Fox News guest, and a New York Times bestselling author. Mark's books include The Official Handbook of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, First They Came for the Gun Owners, and Duped: How the Anti-gun Lobby Exploits the Parkland School Shooting, and How Gun Owners Can Fight Back. Mark’s scholarship has been used by lawyers before the U.S. and he work has been quoted by a federal judge (Roger Benitez) in declaring California’s so-called “assault weapon” ban to be unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.

To defend your liberty, you need to understand the “four boxes” of American liberty: the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, and the ammunition box. We give you the information you need, and we hope to serve as your source for Bill of Rights news and analysis.

9 inches long? No, a Arkansas toothpick was a knife that is about as long as your elbow to the tip of your finger and that was just a blade not counting the handle. 5:26

NC still has that law on the books that prohibits concealed carry of Bowie Knives, daggers, dirks, sword canes, etc...

Why doesn't somebody come up with a bill that says the government can't use taxpayer dollars to take away taxpayer rights? Why do we have to keep coming up with private funding to fight our own money?

English laws currently being enforced allow for no one in that country to have firearms nor bladed weapons in public so our government is reverting to what our forefathers fought to end from ever having to be a subject to a crown as American citizens we never bend the knee nor do 0:43 we ever have at any time not being protected from encroachment as in infringed found in the text of the 2 Amendment

Like when is the court just going to slap this stuff down ? Like this is just ridiculous. Allowing them to keep drawing this out is just RIDICULOUS!!!!

The British no longer have pointed kitchen knives.
These anti-gun people, anti-weapon people, just need a good old-fashioned Reckoning.

There has to be a punishment for politicians that put forth unconstitutional bills.

Lawyers who routinely disregard the law (are you listening, Bonta?) and try to force their unconstitutional will down our throats should be disbarred and imprisoned.

I have never heard of a large capacity knife scabbard ban before. I think they are making it up.
Hell, I can't remember seeing a holster belt that didn't carry less than 10 rounds on it.

Also, the supreme court's already been over this. Common use.

Bowie knives were carried concealed. Matt Easton of Schola Gladiatoria talks about this often. Smaller then a sword, cheaper then a pistol, and not limited to one shot

I am willing to open carry my 30 round magazine.

I have found that a worn out lawn mower blade makes a nice Bowie style knife. I have made more than twenty. They sell like crazy at a rendezvous.

Bowie Knives are considered arms by definition for the 2nd Amendment.
