Santa Ana winds kick up again in California sparking fears of new fires

Another round of Santa Ana winds had fire-ravaged areas in Southern California on high alert Tuesday.

How does one fire just start again miles away ? Maui had fires miles away from each other . The hurricane was 500 miles away .
