I m facing problem about manual duplex printing

Hi - I have a Pantum M6550nw (The printing was working fine in Windows 7 and also after upgrade to Windows 10 the printing was fine). The scanning function was working in Windows 7 but now not working in Windows 10). I went to the Pantum site and sent emails to the support but never got a response on Windows 10 Scanning.

Has anyone come across this and if so how did you manage to resolve this as i have had no luck with their support.

This line of printers does not work with scanning documents to an older imac in the wired configuration

Compré una 6550NW y no la puedo configurar, el driver no funciona y llamo al servicio técnico en Buenos Aires y me dicen que no tienen asesoramiento técnico. Esta impresora es un problema!!!

Hello, i have brought this printer and after 2 month its dead, i have tried for 3 month there is no service for this printer. Please help .. this is otherwise a junk .. it is dead after 2 month, and on top of it no service, voilate warrenty!!! Never gonna buy this ever again and will post on each and every place i can find .. i have spent enough time on this .. money 14000 wasted.
