Hi i just got an ipad pro and was mortified that the 300 dollar overpriced laptop keyboard i paid for wold prevent me from doing the number 1 thing iwanted to do on the ipad, thank you very much for being smarter than all of us

however, has this resulted in any kind of noticeable markings or damage, or near moments where the ipad suddenly slipped off the small groove? Would rather be safe than sorry with an over 1000 dollar device 😭

Nice hack. Thanks. My fear is that after paying almost $350 for the magic keyboard, Apple will realize the blatantly missing features, correct them and release an improved version of the keyboard in the fall. It types nicely but those of us who also want to use handwriting are kind of screwed. Apple either needs to make it swivel (like most 3rd party keyboard cases) OR sell a compatible case/cover. The IPad Pro 12.9 is too large, easy to drop and expensive to use with no protection. 😔

I mean i don’t know, its kind of a chore to yank the ipad from the magnets on the case and then cover the keyboard keys which i’ll be using simultaneously, not to mention the awkwardness of it in a coffee shop for example 😅.
