Even in Winnipeg Permanent Snowfall without daytime melting is VERY Scary in October ! If there is it’s in the back half of October and often melts on contact or in the day . Winnipeg generally gets a first permanent snowfall by or just before Remembrance Day . 😮❄️❄️
