The value of labor should rise with the value of the company.

77 % raise over 6 years is asking a lot . We all wish we got that. I'm getting 2.5 increase next year

So they don't want to pay the union? And then, they want people to panic buy because it increases profit. Amazing!

These unions are an absolute joke..77% increase in wages. No automation. Worse than the horrible UAW.

I work in supply planning and have quite a few containers that will be held up by this, I’m not complaining, I’m underpaid, what do I care if my company loses out on some sales, oh no, no record profits this GOOD. I hope they strike as long as it takes to be compensated for the important work they do, we need these

There’s no fighting automation. It’s not about if it’s right or wrong, it’s inevitable

Power to the people! Support Workers! Minimum wage = $50/hr. Corporations suck.

These companies are making multi billions in profits. They only look out for their shareholders and ignore the people who generate their wealth. Like most of these companies, they will cut labor cost by any means if it generates even a fraction of a percent of revenue to squeeze more profit for shareholders and to do stock buy backs. Companies need to pay people what they are worth with the profits and absolutely should suffer when they do not.

Disasters going on and people need food and supplies and instead of thinking of others in need they decide to strike? Im not going to act like i have all the details but they couldnt just wait ?? Many people in need, people donaating their own supplies, etc for those suffering from these disasters and they decide to strike at this time when it can affect people the most?
