Research in the context of EU Nature Restoration Law

Laura Wendling is the Leader of VTT’s Nature-based Solutions Research Team, and in this interview she presents the viewpoint of researchers on the new EU Restoration Law.
She starts explaining the role of research in the context of the new EU Restoration Law, as well as the possible role of Nature-based Solutions. Furthermore, the main challenges for research in perspective of the EU Nature Restoration Law, and strategies for an equitable distribution of costs and benefits are exposed.
