Paint sprayer with a air compressor or an Atomizer work the best for bigger grows. I use both. Another good tip is using potassium silicate. Look up all of it's benefits.

I’m pretty sure I got them from a bag of dirt I brought home, usually I will bake the dirt in the oven first which I ended up doing anyway and I think I got them

The thing that works for me is not being complacent. In veg spray neem every 3 days soak em good right before lights out all the way through veg till flower flip.

I find more airflow and fans under the canopy solves 90% of these problems. I get cuts from a mate that frequently have mites. They just don't grow to become a problem in my setup.

Best method I use is just looking under the leaves if it looks dirty there's probably a issue, your leaves should look pristine underneath.

Lost coast plant therapy, sticky mats and fine knit stocking around your pot and carefully tye around the base of the stalk.
Spider mites don't like a humid environment.
Clean inside and out of the room the tent is in, the tent and all equipment. Have a pair of overalls and hat used only for the tent and change into them every time you work in your tent. 😊

I’ve been growing for like 5 to 6 years outdoors and I have never had any spider mites on my plants but this year I think I might’ve had sum it looked like it was a nest of spiders, so I grabbed the leaf and ripped it off, threw it away and stomped it

I got them once in the winter. I put them out in the cold and sprayed them with water. Plants didn't like it, but the mite's really didn't like it.

Just spray neem oil under the leaves and rub them if you see dots. All the eggs will fall off with your fingers if you rub. Use to do it to my pepper plants

Shout to Amazon and the internet. I started growing in about '07-'08 and always wanted a jeweler's loop but they were so expensive back then, never under $130 and i never had extra cash for one. Kids lol! Now u can buy em for $5 or multi-packs for $15-$30! Everything has gotten so much cheaper, even grow tents!

I will be steaming and boiling soil often if not after every flower cycle I also have had a problem with with fuzzy mold attacking unrooted clones and hope it kills that off as well... had slightly once or twice.. thought I should steam my growing media.. and sort of forgot to... BOOM hot grow box and saw the mites and eggs about a month into flower, bye bye plant.. Have to restart from seed now... when I order some that is. Also from what I have learned even new unused coca chor or pete moss should be steamed even.. Learned the hard way
