I love the confidence that comes with being physically fit, discipline breeds something beyond emotions and feeling like shit.

Yup, being fatherless, a fat dumb "good boy" made my dating skills almost 0, couldn't get the job done, I dissed university because of "it is too hard :(" Now I'm starting to put my shit together and being a man for the first time in my life. This hurts a lot, realizing that all your life has been a failure, but at least I'm trying to change my life for better

Man this video hit close to I lost my father to a heart-attack when I was 13, and from what I can remember he always pushed me to do sports and become stronger. After he died I lost direction in life, I indulged in self pleasure and never realized how much damge I was making to myself. Your videos have put me back on the right track. Thank you Hamza.

Becoming “proud” to be a man is an important step! But don’t get stuck in the “pro male” content trap.

This kind of content makes you “feel good” but doesn’t make you take action to become better with girls.

I know not everyone on here wants to become good with girls, but a high percentage do.

I grew up without a father (one-night stand) and I used to think that it made me tougher than other kids because I had less people to rely on and was poorer but I have recently realised that it just made me an emotionally unstable pussy because I never had a male role model/guidance figure so I was never exposed to and didn't develop masculine traits like competitiveness and being stoic. I always hated competition and grew up mollycoddled and sheltered from the world.
I love my mother, she is a great woman but I now understand how important having a masculine father figure is.

My dad died when I was 12. So I was raised from start of my teenage years by my mother alone. I'm grateful for her but I can see how this made me more feminine and "a nice guy".

1 thing you absolutely are correct with: Moms turn their sons into weenies.
Even if they mean well, moms have absolutely no idea what a boy goes through when they grow up and they don't understand the primitive instincts and urges of boys.
They don't understand that the main thing a man has to do is become strong and independent, maybe even through fighting, and most things that moms do (like overcaring) achieves the opposite.

With our society becoming increasingly feminized, I think this is only gonna get worse. If you look at certain meme forums/communities (where the majority of the users are teenagers) you constantly see them complain and whine about not having a gf while expecting that some day this will change because they are good boys.

What you’re doing is really special. You’ve hit a nerve in a lot of young men that nobody’s really hit before. Keep making content hamza, you’re changing lives💪🏼

A strong friend, 5 years ago was helping me start training, i asked him to teach me to get women, because he had plenty.
He said to me: there is nothing to teach about geting them they will come by themselves.
Huge respect for him, he is a member of an elite unit in the police now.

I love your approach on this, man.

You didn’t put all the blame on the individual, but a mix between a deep societal issue and a firm call to action.

In high school, I found myself in a sheltered home going to a tiny school with divorced parents. I had a brother and friends that lacked many masculine qualities. I’m a freshman in college now, and I’ve had to navigate a lot of this stuff on my own.

My naivety and the trauma of things in my past made me resist a lot of challenges and made me desire to be shielded by the comfort of my home.

Recently, I’ve been trying to upgrade my dating life, and with the frustration of the lack of results/real conversations, I found this video and everything came together.

Time and time again you amaze me with your firm but subtly compassionate approach to these topics and I couldn’t be more thankful to have your videos as a resource for my development as a man.

Thank you bro
