I don’t have a garage gym, but mine is in my basement, and it is a work in progress, right now I have a full rack, half rack, bench, 2 barbells, about 600+ lbs of weight, power block dumbbells (5 - 90 lbs), a few slam balls, a brute force sand bag, hex bar, assorted bands of many sizes and weights, a rower, elliptical trainer and plyobox. I am going to say that over all value of all items contained within is somewhere upwards of 5K - 6K and will be climbing as I add more items to it.

This is great! My dad and I are converting our garage into a gym at the moment, just finished painting and the floor mats are down so we are hoping to be up and running’s before Christmas👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Thanks for this! My partner and I are working on putting together a basement gym, and this was super helpful. The current debate is rack vs cage... and I want a cage like that!

For Sergey Fedosienko raw totals are Squat 594 pounds, bench press 374 pounds, and 565.5 pounds deadlift at 1533.5 pounds total at 114.18 pounds.

At 123 pounds Fedosienko registered a 639 pound (290kg) squat, 385 pound (175kg) bench press, and 595 pound (270kg) deadlift with a raw total of 1619 pounds.

132 weight class Lamar Grant. 688 pounds raw deadlift, 615 pounds raw squat, and raw bench pressed 352 pounds at 132 pounds bodyweight, total 1655 pounds.

Mike Booker squatted raw 501 pounds at his first meet at 97 pounds bodyweight age 16, his raw total was 10X his bodyweight so about 970 pounds total of 3 lifts the squat, bench press, and deadlift. It's possible his raw bench press was at 219.65 pounds, and his deadlift was at 249.35 pounds. His potential best at this 97 pound bodyweight range could be 501 pounds squat, 300.9625 pounds bench press, and 220.3875 pounds deadlift for a raw total of 1022.35 pounds.

For Mike Booker at 114 pounds squat 501.5 pounds, bench 330.7 pounds, deadlift 360.4 pounds, total 1192.6 pounds raw.

For Mike Booker 123 pounds raw 551.1 pound squat, 402.3 pound raw bench press, 352.7 pounds deadlift, that adds up to 1306.1 pounds total at 123 pounds bodyweight.

At 123 pounds bodyweight, Andrzej Stanaszek can squat 639 pounds, bench press 391 pounds, and deadlift 276 pounds for a raw total of 1, 306 pounds. He is 4'0" tall. He is a midget.



At 114 pounds Stefi Cohen can deadlift 445 pounds, bench press 205 pounds, squat 370 pounds at 1, 020 pounds total raw, she can also snatch 191.4 pounds, and clean and jerk 231 pounds.

At 123 pounds Stefi Cohen can squat 418 pounds, bench press 210 pounds, and deadlift 529 pounds in what powerlifting watch has recorded for a raw total of 1157 pounds.

The highest raw amounts she has done at 123 pounds bodyweight I know of is 545 pounds deadlift, 242 pound bench press, and 507 pound squat for 1294 pounds total.

Jay Cutler can flat bench 550 pounds, squat above 700 pounds range, and deadlift above 700 pounds range all raw at 275 pounds bodyweight 4% bodyfat (He got these lifting amounts at 19 years old, so he may have gotten higher) for a raw total of 1950 pounds. His off season bodyweight was 320 pounds. He is one of the most well rounded, proportional, and balanced Pro Heavyweight Bodybuilders and Football players. Usable athletic strength has always been his top priority. He doesn't undercut body parts to make other body parts look better. He looks so impressive because of his perfect symmetrical proportions and phenomenal conditioning. He has great character too.

Hermann Görner in 1920 at 27 years old could deadlift 840 pounds, one hand deadlift 730 pounds, deadlifted 600 pounds with reverse grip just using two fingers on each hand, clean and press 391 pounds, and one hand snatch 169.75 pounds. Hermann wrestled a 1500 pound elephant everyday.

this would be so amazing to have at my house. im just grateful that my school has a bunch of nice equipment that the basketball team gets to use 2-3 times a week in addition to our normal practices

Looks great! No better feeling than working out in your own home. I've been doing it for years. Quick tip; ditch the Gainz Box (as good as it is) and go to Jacked Pack. I liked it better than Gainz Box imho. Have a great Christmas and New Year. :-)

I miss having a barbell! We moved and didn't have space to bring it with me- so I make do with a kettlebell, dumbbells and an assault bike. Great workouts - but I miss barbell work with a passion. Next house husband promises more space.
