HUGE, PRIZED FISH caught in SE QUEENSLAND | You WON'T BELIEVE this!!

WOW, just WOW... This is one of the most epic fishing moments we've ever had!! While fishing the reefs off the Sunshine Coast, we happened to hook up to a monster fish that is very rare to catch on rod and reel this far south! They are a lot more prevalent on the Great Barrier Reef and other northern areas.
It's definitely a fish to cross off the bucket list, and it's one we will never forget.

We regularly target them out off the reef at noosa and are very successful when using the right techniques. Frequently we are able to get our bag of trout. Congrats on the trout, it's a darn fat boy.

Trout are getting more frequent in southern waters, got a small trout and a small red bass of coffs Harbour last summer.
