Mix boric acid - flour & water & make lil dough balls put 5hem in cabinets - everywhere ! It works! Takes a couple weeks but youll be amazed

It needs to be straight boric acid and get a dust puffer they have to walk through it and when they clean themselves they die within 48/72 hours. If it’s applied even a little to thick they’ll walk around it. (If no dust puffer just do a small spoonful on a piece of paper and blow it under counters, fridge, microwave, and any cracks along baseboards, walls, etc..)
***Caution putting too much on the paper at a time, so you don’t inhale it and so it’s not too thick!)

Umm.. Aren't you going to mention that Air Conditioning helps also. Keeping your home at frigid temperatures will eventually deter them out of your home

Yes boric acid gets the job done. Use Twenty mule team laundry detergent. Dont even need to mix with anything. Just spred it in cabinets and under toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Deny them water by covering drains at night helps too.

There are boric acid tablets out there so you don't have to make any kind of concoction with it. They're easy to place anywhere you want them to. Plus you can observe to see if the roaches are nibbling on the edges of the tablets.

A) stop with the constant 'take our lead!' Extremely annoying and definitely not necessary!
B) not immediate as you claim in the title, if effective at all, regardless how it's applied. Seen them go thru it and keep right on going. Boric acid and flour/sugar balls don't work.
