On the topic of the blaster blowing through the cabinet, I use the same setup, I just added a valve between the hose and the deadman valve. Needs to be replaced weekly but works for me.

Brother, Find some scraps of clear bra to protect the glass on the inside. I use expel from the local wrap guy. It works crazy well and doing 2 to 3 sets of wheels a day it lasts a couple weeks. Hope I can help the community

Another great video, I have been searching for a new oven. I called Ted today and am placing my order for a new oven tomorrow, knowledgeable guy... I let him know I got to him from your video.

Regarding your blow through of metal in your blast cabinet I would suggest hanging some thick rubber mat on the walls this will help with that that's what I have in my blast cabinet and it works great. Great video and subscribed

Rubber sheeting on the cabinet walls will protect from the constant blast as would a footpedal for the pot air supply.

The old sand blast cabinet we had at our workplace instead of replacing the glass we laid a sheet of clear acetate sheet over the glass which is cheaper than replacing the glass.

I started using clear shelving paper on my glass. And the sand doesnt etch the glass. And last a long time. The clarity is less then purfect. But it is great.

We have a powder storage and feeding solution that is similar in layout to your original powder storage idea.

Try putting a ball valve right before the deadman/nozzle. Also, I switched to the tapered nozzle holder because the nozzles are cheaper and easier to find. 1/8" nozzles, that is.
