Install and configure python support in emacs

This tutorial shows how to install and configure elpy and conda packages for emacs. Begin by adding the MELPA repository to your ~/.emacs config file, then use M-x package-list-packages to install elpy and conda packages. Then a few more lines of code to enable elpy support in python buffers, and tell conda where to look for environments to activate. Finally a quick demo of interactive code execution from within a python buffer in emacs.
