How do I set the time correctly? In you video as well, the time the device shows in the Elitech log softawre does not match the time in the bottom right of your windows screen.

hello, i want to logger my coldstorage, , so i just turn on the logger (after initial set-up) and then put it inside my cold storage and when i need the data, , i can just take it out and connect to pc?

Hi! I have RC-4HC sensor but I cannot connect to my pc (WIndows 11). The sofware was installed and the COM port recognize the device but when I open the ElitechLog V6.2.0 doesn't possible to configure it. The option to read the data or configure some parameter is not enable. Can you help me please!! Is Win 11 the problem??

Hi Elitech, I have the RC5 data logger. The display comes on only when I connect to the computer. The moment I remove the device from computer, the display goes off!. Not sure why. Because of this, I can turn the data logger on only when connected to the computer. Do you think it is a faulty device?

I could not find the Thermal Time Constant info on any data sheet so I took a chance and purchased one. I measured a whopping 8 minute Time Constant. It take 40 minutes to reach a new temperature. FAR too slow for what I need so I returned it.

Hello, i stoppet the logging and wantet to restart, but it don`t restart. There is always the "Stopp" sign to see, and not the "play" sign anymore...
