Yes I lived on the West Coast of Sweden and had mostly blueberries and juniper berries growing basically all over the rocky cliffs just by the back garden! Makes me really miss living in Scandinavia

Yes, we loved to pick red currants, cherries and raspberries from our garden, blackberries from the forest and strawberries from the field. Even though not all of them are berries, most know them as “berries”. Yummy!

I remember going out to the woods in northern Saskatchewan to pick blueberries. There were so many (30 years ago...) that we had buckets and buckets full. I made different desserts with them at that time. I've since also made them for my family, though my daughter hasn't had the chance to experience it yet. Have you tried a recipe called blueberry grunt? It's named for the sound it makes while cooking. I made huge batches of it in the past and it never lasts past a day because it gets eaten lol

I used to pick blackberries at the end of summer with my family to make them into the best jam ever. There aren’t many where we live now though 😢
