This is not virtuoso level play by any stretch of the imagination. You played a few chords and a glissando - very easy to do.

I like the idea. I watch Jarrod Radnichs videos and have learnt a few of his songs. I don't know how this would work but if it does, it would make learning Mr Radnichs arrangements a lot easier

I have a keyboard with very heavy action, a Korg T1, that I use to strengthen my hands.
You can also buy weighted finger gloves. How about wearing ankle weights and really stomp your feet.
Who knew you can really get in shape with finger gymnastics!

Dr. K, so if I wanted to just get some basic improv ability where I can move my hands separate and be able to come up with some improv for my right hand, would this help? Because it seems to me that while the left can be pretty much on auto pilot, it's more of a mental thing rather than a physical thing to come up with what notes to play next. Will the gym program take this into account?
