Don’t just fry Tofu | Let’s make a healthy Tofu dish | Egg and Tofu healthy dish

Ingredients:
500 grams Firm Tofu
3 pcs Mushrooms, sliced
3 pcs Eggs, beaten
Red and Green Bell Pepper, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Cooking Oil

◇Sauce:
3 tbsp Dark Sauce sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Cooking wine
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 - 1 tbsp Crushed Chillies (*depends on you)

◇Slurry:
1 tbsp Flour
150 ml Water

Procedure:
1. Sliced tofu according to desired size. Fry until golden brown then set aside.
2. Fry beaten eggs then set aside.
3. In a pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic and mushroom until soft. Add fried tofu and sauce (mentioned above). Stir and let it boil.
4. Add cooked eggs, diced bell peppers and slurry. Stir and bring to a boil until sauce reduced and thicken.

Tip:
*stir slurry before pouring so it does not clump.
