Can I have another LinkedIn Profile in another language? Is duplicate LinkedIn Profiles acceptable?

There is a feature in LinkedIn for having additional LinkedIn Profiles in other languages, within a single LinkedIn Account.

This is a great way to reach a broader international audience on LinkedIn.

In the professional experience section, when you change language, the competences or skills remain in the language of the main profile (first language). Is it possible to have the competences or skills in the first language, for example in English, and also to have the competences or skills in the second language, for example in Spanish?

Thanks, how can you set multiple locations? For example EU does not exist as profile option location. I need my profile to appear to searches from all the EU countries, language is English for all.

Hi Teddy,

In the LinkedIn section "Licenses and certifications" when you switch to another language (for example: second language) it is not possible to have the "Licenses and certifications" in the second language.

You put them in one language but you can't put them in another, only in one language.

It is a pity because you should switch for example to the second language and have your "Licenses and certifications" in the second language so that the natives of that language can read all the information in the language you have switched to.
