A lot of people are blinded by the fact that it’s a toyota. Toyota’s products back then was worth its price but now i guess it is not. Come on their competitors packs good tech and features while this one lacks a lot. The driving feel of this car is not up to par with other brands its ride is rough, firm and it’s full of body roll, also nose dives and For a price of the top spec being 2.2m without a back up camera??! Come on even a compact sedan from other brands has one. Take note. camry, LC’s don’t have back up cameras also.

Montero na lang ako. Underpower ang fortuner pag low end variant kinuha mo..ang montero same ang makina ng top of the line sa base model..thats a plus for me. Mas maganda ang ride ng montero. Mas mabilis. Mas maluwang. And most especially mas affordable.more practical imo

Ito lang masasabi ko! Sobrang tinitipid ng mga car companies ang costumers dto sa pinas! It’s a 2million car for God sakes! Still not leather seats! No back up camera! No LED head lamp! No BSM! No other safety features like LDA, PCW!

correction lang ha. 400nm of the fortuner 2.4 G is not the best on its class as you said, the montero has 430nm in all variants and 181hp.

Why fortuner don't have the individual arm rest for front driver and co driver seats

The TRD sold in Thailand is a much better car. My 2.8 has leather seats. LED headlights and is far better equipped. Reversing camera 20" wheels, Discs all round, better leather S/wheel, 7 air bags, and interior trim leather on the doors for example come as standard. Looks like they sell a real pup in your country. N/B They only sell it with 6 speed automatic G/B.

Took my family to PI for the first time and I knew I needed wheels to travel Manila to ilocos so I rented a car thru thrifty and they gave me a Fortuner which I didn't know anything about the model and it was a SUV sorta like a 4 runner. Looked very slick in an angle it looked like a Lexus..so I droved it all over Luzon went to Isabela ilocos pangasinan Baguio but what I noticed is that it lacks power not very good on curves. O have driven a crv and I think they handle a lot better and runs way faster...I have a limited Sequoia and man sequoias handle way better on sharp turns I tell you that..anyways Fortuner looks awesome in fact the design looks way better than the new Lexus RX..I wonder why this design did not get to American market.. anyways good video thumbs up dude!
