Do you know how to do the opposite of this?

Just wanna ask  this :

I downloaded my sims3pack file in the exchange but when I tried to install it, software update error pops up so i thought of converting it to package ..
I followed everything you done but when I extracted it, I got 2 package files.
I tried to put them in my mods folder any my game wont start ...
Any Help you may know ??

P.S. I was only converting 1 file but 2 package file was extracted ..

Can you convert other files to package files, because I downloaded RAR files and they dont work for me on sims unless they are package files so I wanted to know if anyone knew how to convert a RAR or Compressed zip to a package file

yeah the stupid installer won't work you have anything else
