now that 1080p and 60 fps is out for youtube, wonder if 4k will also come out for youtube?

So if a had a tv which was 20” would it have the same total amount of pixels as a 60” tv? So would the 20” tv would have a higher pixel density of pixels then the 60”? (The size 60” and 20” are just made up. I’m not sure if they are actually sizes used.)

4k is not 4 times the res of 1080. its 2 times

Isn't 4k/UHD four times HD (720 x 1280)? Rather than Full HD? I've seen Sony dipicting it that way.

I don't think it's worth buying a 4k screen at least not for a few years. When gaming consoles are capable of handling 4k resolution games, and tv programs are recorded in 4k.

apple has a resolution on their 27" inch model in 5k.  I dont understand why they would do that when 4k isn't even a standard yet.

There is a difference between Ultra HD and 4K. Ultra HD is 3840x2160 whereas true 4K is 4096x2160

4K is not the same as UHD. 4K is the resolution of 4096 X 2160 while UHD is 3840 X 2160..
