Iraqi forces 'fully liberate' Ramadi from ISIS militants: military

Iraq′s government forces have declared victory in the Islamic State stronghold of Ramadi after capturing the group′s final stronghold in the city.
A spokesman for the military said Ramadi had been ″fully liberated″ from ISIS militants but forces still needed to flush out some pockets of insurgents in the city and its surroundings.
Ramadi， the capital of Anbar province， was taken over by ISIS in May in what was an embarrassing defeat for Baghdad.
Experts say the victory deprives ISIS of one of its biggest prizes and will boost the army′s morale and confidence as it gears up to try and retake the northern city of Mosul from the jihadists.
