Destiny is that guy that would always mumble something under his breath after you got an argument with him. And then go tell all of his friend that he won the argument.

I just had my 14 week ultrasound where we found out we are having a boy. He was moving around and we heard the heartbeat. He was even shaped like a baby. I had my first ultrasound at six weeks when it was just a little sac. It warms my heart to see how far he has come and I can’t imagine scraping him out and calling him nothing.
With that being said, it was an unplanned pregnancy. We just met in December and are not necessarily “prepared” to be be parents. But our hearts are full of love for each other and the child. We are doing our best to get ready by the time the baby gets here because fear should not drive these types of choices. Most people are just surprised and afraid. Afraid of their life changing. Afraid of the responsibility. And somehow failing. It’s a scary thing. It seems easier to just wipe it clean and move forward.
But a lot of the time great rewards are on the other side of fear.
