Surprised you didn't mention PB's Hotdogs as they have been an institution in Winston-Salem and a bedrock in the neighborhood for decades. Good Eats!

Have you seen a tornado in that area? It's my biggest fear, but we will need to retire out of NJ in about 10 years.

Jeff, are there some other neighborhoods in WS that you would consider in a similar price range to Ardmore? A good trade off between price and value? Or any up and coming neighborhoods that might make for a good rental real estate investment? Thanks.
