I needed this. Thank you. I'm already following in the same path and raising my vibration converting to vegan and searching for meaningful teaching. Plus the Essene prayer was beautiful and made me cry from the overpowering emotion. Thanks Andre and Aaron.

As far as him saying being a vegetarian made him deficient because of Saturated fat and or protein first of all if he's on top of his game like he seems like he is there is certain beans that have more protein in them than animal meat, literally! There are many ways he could have gotten saturated fat outside of animal meat so to me it looks like this is the first big lie I see him saying and he seems like a BSer too much like he has too keep being convincing. Also, it seems like his story with the essence doesn't follow through with some of the knowledge I've researched I was really into this guy until he decided to over rationalize his lack of truthful responses on the vegetarian comment, it seems to me as a lie about why he started eating meat again, just be honest say the truth, you wanted to eat meat again and it's just that simple, it had nothing to do with your levels educated folks are gonna know your full of it. Especially since our gastrointestinal system wasn't really meant to be carnivores. You, however, didnt want to seem like a hypocrite to your exaggerated story so you lied period. You just missed meat and you found any retarded reason to start eating it again that must have been just a reason to eat it. We are human, we are not perfect and in the bible it says we can eat meat. I however, want to stop eating meat to save cattle and because my body works too hard to digest it. I was a vegan once it made me feel much better, I was less agitated etc. I'm disappointed you had to make up a story like that when thered many ways to replace protein and fat and better ways where you get more of it but it wont kill your body sooner to digest them with alternative routes.
