While ran the government relatively in a transparent manner, Congress in it's time done a blunder by not going for ballot paper and a UPSC like body for the selection of constitutional judge instead of collegium based elite system. The country would have been in safe hands.

Any government in power will never scrap the sedition law, how can they remove such a law which can be convinently be used to target their opponents? During the Congress regime, if they had the foresight, they would have removed such a law but they didn't!.
Tomorrow, if i am in power, i will use the same law to target my opponents.
And the vicious cycle goes on and on.
