The Aesthetic is good.. But consider the sound quality when building a speaker.. The ratio of your driver & passive radiator is the worst when it come the sound quality.

The best use for the pam 8043 ic is with two 4ohm speakers 3watt max output on each board, the way you directed the signal line, that is the input line is not clear, if you put a splitter connection in the input line that will split the ampere and damage the 8043 in long run, the way you mounted the battery and charger board all good but if you are using the boost converter there is induced noice already due to the presence of inductor as a component in the magnetic field, use the pam8610 ic that uses 9 volt and you can charge it using 5v and the buck boost converter, the bass response will also affect as the air flow is not adequate less air will result in less compression and damage to the speaker diaphragm
