My parents have been together for about twenty-two years and raised me and my sister very well. They love eachother, and as far as I've seen, always will.

The only issue they care about that they disagree upon is the war between Israel and Pakistan. My parents fall on different sides, and refuse to ever discuss the issue. They don't see eye to eye on the one issue, and if they had to face it on a daily basis, they probably wouldn't be together.

It does matter.

Nice. People tend to judge others based on labels that they have. It makes it difficult to look at the bigger picture of someone. This really may help a few people wise up, including myself.

It doesn't matter what people agree on. What matters is whether or not they're willing to accept a viewpoint beyond their own without belittling, dismissing, or demonizing the other person. Doesn't matter if it's religion, politics, or what movie they should go see. It's not what you argue about, it's HOW you argue about it.
