When you buy these at the store your receipt will show these amounts - roughly $94 for the cutoff tool and $105 for the batteries/starter kit. Immediately return the batteries/starter kit for the $105 and you get the cutoff tool for $94.

I had the same thing happen albeit unintentionally with the m18 surge. 169ish with a free battery. Battery wasn't in stock so the impact ended up costing just under $100.
