I have received a late-stage diagnosis of genetic degenerative arthritis which includes severe bowel involvement, because of my joint instability I have actually suffered quite a few Falls including injuring my spine and falling on my sacral joint and injuring my pelvis which has altered my bowel function forever over 12 years ago and still has not been acknowledged as a medical problem for me despite not being able to eliminate my bowel normally since before that happened. Videos like yours keep me going on my journey which includes using enemas to assist evacuation of my bowel and toning the muscles internally through yet another different type of stimulation. Thank you so much for your kind Spirit unabashed way of presenting information as well as keeping me focussed on my pelvic Health specifically on my yoga Journey which is actually what started it to become very serious in a positive way in my life.

Thank you for this video. My question is somewhat technical, and I’m wondering if you could offer some guidance. What are these probes made of and what is the longest one I can easily get? I managed to find a spot inside which when stimulated by a weak pulse, helps my pelvic pain considerably. However, I am having trouble replicating this result because the device is pushed in to the hilt, with the spot slightly out of reach again. A longer probe with the electrodes at the end, maybe at 15cm, or some advice on whether I could take one of these electrodes apart and extend it with PVC etc. Really want to take control of my health. Is electro stimulation safe for men with penile implants? The implant has a small amount of metal in the pump valve. I have to make medical personnel aware if I have X-rays or MRI as a precaution but it is considered safe if they approve.

Would these devices be helpful for hypertonic pelvic floor pain? Currently doing invisalign treatment & the clenching keeps me in constant flares. PT, baclofen & the pelvic wand provide some relief but i would like to know if this could help. I use a tens machine on my back & it gives me so much relief so i have been wondering if i can use it for hypertonic pelvic floor.

Thank you for your videos. Exercises are very good instruction. Can you provide some guidance as to how to use EMS for male pelvic muscle strengthening? By that I mean how long of a contraction and subsequent relaxation. For example ten seconds on, ten seconds off. Longer? Or short pulses?

This may be a weird question but how do you know if pelvic floor is weak or if you need the relaxation? Gyno said problem is pelvic floor and told me of someone to follow on you tube. But I'm questioning which it is for me. Any input would be helpful. Thank you. So glad to find your channel.
