Buff Tabby from Nervous to Nose Boops

Stetson was trapped as part of a large TNR project and as he recovered from his neuter he showed no signs at all of friendliness. Quite the opposite in fact, he very much enjoyed giving us the big hiss as we walked past. Then, the night before he was meant to be released, we got a chirrup instead of a hiss, ventured a pet, and discovered what he truly craved was a good snuggle. As he's spent more time in an amazing foster home, he's only grown more brave and affectionate, complete with nose-boops. Thank you for making his new life possible.

That was someone's pet at one time. It makes me so angry that people just kick them out instead of being responsible and rehoming their pets. Thank you for scooping him up.

He reminds me so much of my precious Stinky, I miss him so much. I only named him that because nothing else stuck and he liked sleeping next to my feet every night.

My Meer cat was a ginger dilute quite a bit more pink and a classic tabby instead with a heart-shaped spot on his side, but he was just as affectionate as this lovely boy. 🥰

Thank you to this wonderful foster (and all the Flatbush volunteers) for changing the world for these precious cats. Stetson deserves this chance and it is wonderful to see him come out of his shell. All he needed was love.
