Woman punched by sheriff's deputy filing federal lawsuit against L.A. County

A woman who was punched by sheriff's deputy in a caught-on-video incident is now filing federal lawsuit against L.A. County. Kimberly Cheng reports for the KTLA 5 News at 1 on July 25, 2023.

The driver was driving under the influence and they Don't have the car seats for the kids. These nuts still have guts to sue the police officers, what a shame !!

Non compliance and inconsistent policies help situations like this. They wanted her in handcuffs right now and she is resisting and combative, she put her baby in that position not the Deputies.

Riding in a care with no headlights, no car seats for the baby while the driver is into….there’s no way in hell the police should have given the baby over to a family member. Too many unknowns….like are the family members just as irresponsible?
