But doesnt this very wide extensional conception of transhumanism lead to every human being necessary transhumanistic, since humans live with enhancements (because even very fundamental things for survival, such as clothes technically count as an enhancement)?

The main difference to me is that the anthropomorphic form is intact in transhumanism. The post human would not need the human form as a medium to interact with the world or the universe; So the post human would essentially be composed of pure energy imho.
