For anyone that wants the short version:
1) Rows for 50 sec, 10 sec rest
2) Clean and press for 50 sec, 10 sec rest
3) Front Raises (sort of KB swing like) 50 sec, 10 sec rest
4) Lateral jump overs 50 sec, 10 sec rest

Repeat 3x till 12 min total.

Why not just weight train and do cardio, this has got to be the dumbest shit I have ever seen.

I could see an older person getting seriously injured doing this madness. The injury potential is super high doing this. Just do normal weigh training and cardio at the gym 3 to 4 times a week.
