I always do it at downtown Los Santos hospital, sadly it takes 30 minutes but the full health from the start of the game helps a lot

You can also do firefighter missions hear to. Its easier than the city. You become fireproof when you complete level 12.

Wow, a much nicer location to do this. I tried in Los Santos, but accidentally ended the mission at rank 9 because I ran one of the rich dudes over and went to pick up the cash... tried again in San Fierro (absolute hell to navigate) and once again accidentally fucked up at level 9 because my thumb grazed triangle and that was enough to fling me out of the ambulance 💀

Jizzy, don't forget about uploading the LS Dealer cash farm strat too.

As soon as you start a new game and are in control, take a car and go around the Idlewood hospital. If you find a drug dealer, just run him over and collect his cash.

Each dead dealer gives you up to $ 2500 in money when them bills drop.
