Story:
The cats shown in this video are my original characters from a clan I made called Mudclan. The smaller cat on the left at the beginning is Snakepaw, and the she-cat next to him is his mentor Ivyheart. Ivyheart feels bad for her apprentice, so she engages in conversation to possibly take the weight of guilt off his shoulders. He then has a flashback of his traumatic moment. His mother dying in front of his eyes when he was only a kit. The reason why he feels it was his fault is because one night he snuck out of camp and went to follow the medicine cats to their meeting with Starclan. But he got distracted, and found a cool, big den that was under the roots of a tree. It seemed to dip down in the ground. Curious, he approached. Once his mother Brightmoon realized he was missing from the nursery, she raced out of camp and tracked his scent. She found him, yelling his name. This woke up the fox that slept in the den. Ferious, it came out. Snakekit was about to be attacked when his mother , in all her fury and protection, attacked it. She was killed, and so was the small fox. Commotion was started and Snakekit's father came to find what had happened, only to find his beloved mate killed. He blamed this on Snakekit, and attacked him. He then gained a scar from the blow his father gave him on the same night his mother was killed.
