Lyrics:

Verse 1:
We're waiting every night
to finally roam and invite
newcomers to play with us
for many years we've been all alone

We're forced to be still and play
The same songs we've known since that day
An imposter took our life away
Now we're stuck here to decay

Pre-Chorus:
Please let us get in!
don't lock us away!
We're not like what you're thinking

We're poor little souls
who have lost all control
and we're forced here to take that role

We've been all alone
Stuck in our little zone
Since 1987

Join us, be our friend
or just be stuck and defend
after all you only got

Chorus: x2
Five Nights at Freddy's
Is this where you want to be
I just don't get it
Why do you want to stay

Verse 2:
We're really quite surprised
We get to see you another night
You should have looked for another job
you should have said to this place good-bye

It's like there's so much more
Maybe you've been in this place before
We remember a face like yours
You seem acquainted with those doors

-Pre-Chorus
-Chorus

This song is not outdated at all, and is preserved perfectly, nostalgia is a great thing.

Nine years later, you know your song's made it when it makes it into the movie. An honor well-deserved ❤

I love how this basically has become the five nights at Freddy’s national anthem

Still stunned by how quick this game blew up. Went from a small horror game to a whole series with crazy ass lore with multiple fan songs and theories.

Crazy how a lot of us grew up with this song since it was released basically along with the game, and now there's a movie. Thank you Scott Cawthon for everything you've done for our community.

It was crazy hearing this play as the credits started rolling. This song has become really synonymous with the franchise, so to see it pay tribute like that was amazing. The entire theater lost their minds. Congrats on coming full circle!

I can't believe there's already an official orchestra version.

9 years later and this was used inside the official movie. That’s honestly such a big accomplishment that I’m sure many content creators could hope to achieve someday. Applause to you guys for making it so far 👏👏👏

I love how even after all years, everyone has agreed that *this* is the theme song of the franchise. And rightfully so.

I remember listening to this song long ago, when my English was pretty bad, only words I understood were "Good Bye" "Night" and, of course, "Five Nights at Freddy's"
Now I can listen to it and understand all of it with no problem and now I love it more, and makes me think how much has happened over the course of these years.
Beautiful ^^

I remember when the FNaF community wanted an official orchestral version of this song, many years later we finally have it!

I can't believe how big this became and still becoming. 🧡

Hearing this in the theater was so epic. Hearing everyone trail off from the chorus for the midcredits, than jump in and sing again when it resumed was just magical. I was seated pretty close to the front, and when I looked behind me most people were staying for the full credits. After it finished I ended up discussing some of the movie lore with a random group of people I didn't really know. I'm usually incredibly socially awkward so it was a very special experience and I felt like everyone was in a synced state of mind after the movie ended. I hope to watch the movie and hear the awesome credits again while it's still in theaters!

Let's be honest here, everyone who seen the movie in the theater searched for this song at home.
When this song started playing, i literally almost cried. It was surreal. And so many memories just popped into my mind...
This game was my childhood. This song was my childhood. This was my everything.
Thanks for making this amazing song 9 years ago and congrats on getting it in the movie!!!

I remember when FNAF was just:
You are the security guard
Purple guy
Animatronics try to kill you at night.

2014: Scott Cawthon makes a horror game and thinks nothing of it. 10 years later: an entire orchestra a cinematic movie and millions of fans. . . Thanks for helping to create one of the greatest Fandoms.

This is probably one of the most iconic FNaF songs ever conceived.
