The original song was made way back before the rest of the games were ever thought of, and the lore was not fleshed out quite as much, but given what HAS come out the line "We remember a face like yours" makes a terrifying amount of sense. Michael Afton canonically resembles his dad, William, such that at least one set of animatronics (Sister Location) thought he WAS his dad. I wonder if Scott did that with this song in mind?

Id rather run a marathon across earth than having FNaF not exist. I think its safe to say that at least 10% of the world knows about FNaF, and that when it comes out, the FNaF movie may be bigger than Endgame[oh boy, can't wait for the backlash on that]. Also the fact that AP hearted all of those comments shows how much he cares, and for how good his songs are I'm surprised he isn't even at 200k subs.
