All the "too much oil" people cant cook, never used a flat top, and are apparently blind.

I don't understand it either. The eggs are well cooked - you can tell by the color - and if you cook them longer they get dry. Just so many complaints. People don't cook anymore or they would know that. Let them stick to MacDonald menus and we'll eat the real food.

People may be complaining about the amount of oil used. The thing is if you go to the Philippines you may get a fried egg (fried in oil). Even some people say this is the most delicious way to cook egg. I do not think you get as much of the same effect here but it is hard to know. I am thinking the oil helps the egg not to dry out as much? What I wonder is what kind of oil it is because some oil has a low smoke point and can go bad. Coconut oil is common in Asia and it is what my girlfriend/fiance uses there. I never saw the coconut oil go bad (from somewhat high tems). My fear was cooking over too hot embers would set the oil onto fire.

한국에서 먹는 반찬이자 기본 안주 계란말이 입니다. 계란말이에 들어가는 재료는 엄마 마음 가게 사장님 마음 입니다. 기본적으로 다진 당근과 다진 양파 혹은 파가 들어가지만… 그외에 계란에 김치를 넣을수도 있고 치즈를 넣을수도 있고.. 김을 넣을수도 있고… 집에선 먹고 싶을때 어떤재료든 넣고싶은거 다져서 넣으면 됩니다. 저분은 정말 쉽게 말았지만…. 사실 돌돌 마는게 쉬운 음식은 아닙니다. 혼자 할땐 실폐할때가 더 많아요.
