Rolling Stones begin 2013 US tour: legendary British rock band will play 17 US cities

The Rolling Stones have kicked off their 17-date North American tour in Los Angeles with a concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. It will be the biggest tour by the band in six years and follows a handful of dates in London, Paris and New York at the end of 2012 and a small warm up gig in LA. It's only rock and roll but after 50 years, fans still love what they hear from The Stones. The lowest price for tickets to the show at the Staples Center, which has a capacity of about 20,000, is 250 dollars and the band has had trouble selling the expensive seats.
