Essentially, when doing original calculations for the four categories, the maximum value of each is 2.375

Getting four of these gives a final equation of (4*2.375)/6*100, which equals the perfect 158.33, or two thirds of 237.5

So basically, had the arbitrary number been 1.5 instead of 2.375, the maximum rating would have been 100, which makes a crapload more sense to me personally

I would do this for half of what you're getting paid

Problem is the work wouldn't be nearly half as good as yours
